What is it about the blazer & boyfriend jeans look that makes it so attractive. Perhaps it is the contradiction of the two pieces, a classy blazer and a relaxed pair of boyfriend jeans. The outfit is smart and professional but also very sweet. I call it a "I went to work, then shopped, and out for dinner" look. 

FASHION TALES - PERSONAL STYLIST

These are the first boyfriend jeans I wrote about in the Grey blog and there's a bit of a story behind the dark blue patch at the bottom. I am constantly reading fashion magazines to get inspiration and ideas and my go to is Elle Magazine! In one of their issues, they had a story on jeans and how to wear them and have fun with them. This issue mentioned that if you had old jeans that you do not wear anymore, patch them onto other jeans or select jean clothes. Place them asymmetrically onto your favourite jeans to add a little character - so that is what I did. These jeans were edgy before, but now they have a story and uniqueness that makes them my own.

Your style doesn't have to be costly or extravagant for you to like it, it just has to represent you and make you feel something.
